Rush!!!

HEY EVERYONE!!!!
been talking around my boys, and we're all amped up for Rush this semester. Since we're up for review in OCT. to get our house back, we're trying to make this one HUGE!!!
We already have a Hot-tub-a-thon planed, (i'm sure you guys are sick of me saying that:-) ), a couple of outings and other such things.
But to start off with a bang we're all moving in early to help freshmen move in, wearing letters of course:-)
so i wanted to open this thread up:

What are you doing for rush? anything that stood out in your mind, comment on. . feelings, events. .we like to hear about girls too;-) and if friends from other GLO's would like to comment too. . shoot:-)
no matter what the letter, we're all greek together.

yo Jacob, even though I gave you the idea on the Hot Tub, I still like the idea of making it a International item.
We are known for the National Food Drive of course the SX are for the Derby day as well as others doing their thing.
The hot tub at PSU Kansas gains a lot of publicity and money for donations and would be great if all got involved.
The other thing we do is in the Spring is Western Week where we build a western facade on the lawn and weekly events while partying, we also gather food and or donations from events for charity. While this started after i graduated, it is and has been an annual event for 20 years at our chapter. i know there are the watermelon fest that a lot of chapters do and do not know all of the ins and outs but if do several things each year we get nototerity for the chapter.
The hot tup is an easything to do and of little cost to the chapter and I for one would like to see it go Fraternity wide as the Soroitys all want to be envolved in the event with us!

Lets both push it and maybe we can set the trend!

Speaking of trends, # 61 got LXA 61 on car tag and I thought new trend, i have # 1 and one of the other guys got # 327.
What a way to promote the Fraternity and maybe meet guys from other Chapters! One already said he got the sign and was pissed zat first until he remembereed what it was! Did not get to meet the guy who flashed it!
