Group Bonding Activities

So I'm in a small sorority. We were once internationally known as Delta Phi Epsilon, back in the 90's, but now we're just local as Sigma Gamma Phi.
Anyway, we haven't had a big pledge group like the one we have now in quite a while, and although all the girls get along, they're not good friends yet, let alone sisters. So we're looking to do some group bonding activities.

Can anyone help?? We have a few but we're looking for some new ideas. Something a little less generic and more thoughtful.
