Question Good Questions to ask

It my hope to oneday become a member of the 1st Intercollegiate Black Greek Organization, I have done my research so there is no question and I am not legacy so this is purely based on what I feel in my heart.I would like to know what are appropriate questions to ask members of this organization. In the sense of getting me the most information without crossing into the realm of being disrespectful

We certainly are not going to provide a list of questions for you. If there are questions you would like to ask, please do so. However, be advised we may not be able to respond to all of your questions.

My deepest apologies if I presented my request in an inappropriate manner, however often times when speaking to somone of esteem one will find themselves at a lost for words or topics of conversation and I have had friends/associates who have been told that their approach was wrong, however no advice on how to approach is ever given. I am simply asking for advice on appropriate themes and topics of conversation or things to inquire about.Especially from those who had a more rigorous MIP.

Question

I do have one question for greeks only. Do any of you feel that it is appropriate for a person who went through MIP to try and persue an additional process in which they go through an Old School Pledge process. Understanding that the person has an extreme desire to pledge and has refused to represent until they do.How do you as a Brother/Sister advise them if they were to ask your opinion on what to do.

Question

From someone hoping to get the offer to join the First Fam.

Does anyone feel that it is wrong for an aspire to check out chapter web pages and ask questions (but not in order to learn secrets) of fin. active members to learn more, before they seek brotherhood/sisterhood.

If the information is on a web site or in a history book it is public information. I see no harm at all.

Naw man. There's nothing wrong with checkin' out the websites. Do all you can to learn about us. Feel free to ask The Brothas you see here; but it WOULD BE BEST to do it privately(e-mail).
