Were'nt they a hearing impaired chapter? I think they were a colony that just didn't take off and fizzled out.

No, we were one of the bigger houses at CSUF, even had an affiliate member from SDSU. I had heard the charter was revoked for hazing or finances. Just wondering what the deal was.

Zeta Epsilon closed iaround 1991...initiated 375 or so men. Probably was a combination of hazing and finances...

Something to think about, of all the chapters we have in California, how many do you think have a member or two who have recently transfered to another school, possibly Fullerton?

Northridge was the hearing impaired colony and they never charted. They were around in 1984-1985, give or take a year.

Zeta Epsilon

Cali State Fullerton was chartered with my chapter(ZZ) and SHSU in 1977 at SMU (Lambda) chapter. Now all of the named are defunked except Zeta Zeta(Texas Tech). we're still trucking..

As far as I know it is one of the few triple chartering's Nationals has done for colonies. Talked to a couple of the bros from ZZ back then... said they had a good time
