NIC Futures Quest

Brothers,

Just a heads up…the NIC is hosting Futures Quest January 7th-9th. FQ challenges it’s participants to identify personal strength and limitations and equips them to become leaders in their chapters and campuses. This program is designed for new members that have been initiated within the last year. So, encourage your pledges and new guys to apply, it’s going to be an awesome experience. I’m going to have the chance to help facilitate this program and I’d love to have a good Phi Psi representation! If our colony had the financial ability to, I would like to see us send one of our new guys. Of our newest guys I have 2 that I would like to see go. One is gun-ho on everything, the other is a shy freshman but does a lot with community service stuff.

Don’t give up yet! Trust me, there are plenty of places that you can find funding. First, I would recommend checking with your IFC. Many IFCs have money built into their budgets for trainings such as this. If your IFC can’t help, I would recommend checking with Nationals. This may be something that our Endowment fund can help out with. If all else fails, feel free to e-mail me and we can brainstorm to try to find funding. I believe that this program can be invaluable for a growing chapter!
