Please read the top thread--A Torch to Guide You. We do not answer membership questions on here, especially about a non-existent form of membership.

The only write ins I know of is ELECTION time. You know when people VOTE?!!?

In the future, when you hear of these "processes," ask for CLARIFICATION from the people who told you of said processes OR the people you know.
