AlphaChiGirl,
I have not been in touch with *EVERY* NPC group, but through tcsparky and I, we know most of them who do and do not.
The only one that I know of (so far) who does NOT initiate non-collegiate women is Kappa Kappa Gamma.
Here is an excerpt of an email which KKG sent me:
"Currently we only offer membership to women who are enrolled as full time
students at one of the 128 colleges where we have collegiate chapters. We
have no vehicle to initiate women who are not college students or who have
graduated from college interested in membership. Several of our
counterparts do offer membership to "alumnae" women."

A lot of NPC groups *do* have alumnae initiates, but only a few NPC groups address Alumnae Initiate
explicitly and directly on their National websites, and here they are!
Alpha Phi:

Alpha Omicron Pi:

Gamma Phi Beta:
(I couldn't locate the link) but this is what the website states (go to
www.gammaphibeta.org and click on MEMBER SERVICES, then go to the drop down box and select ALUMNAE INITIATES)........
"Gamma Phi Beta welcomes into membership qualified women who never joined a National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sorority in college. This program allows alumnae members to invite outstanding women to share the pride of being a Gamma Phi Beta. After a short training period, the candidate is initiated at a nearby collegiate chapter.
If you are interested in recommending a woman for membership or in becoming a sponsor, contact the member relations team at International Headquarters."

These are the only websites that I've found for NPC groups that
directly address the "alumnae initiates" topic. If there is one that you are interested in, and they don't mention alumnae initiates on their website, then you need to email someone in "Alumni" or "Member Services"...something like that and explain that you would like information on whether or not they initiate non-collegiate women.
Good Luck!
