Need Help With Sibling Weekend Ideas!

I was elected the sibling weekend coordinator for my chapter, I’m really excited about the position, but it is brand new to our chapter this year. My event will set the tone for all sibling weekends to follow and I want to make it awesome! Sibling weekend is a time where our real-life siblings come and see what our sorority is all about. Our chapter has a dad’s weekend and a mom’s weekend as well. It’s usually an afternoon of activities, house tours and some kind of fun dinner afterward. For dad’s weekend we do a field day sort of thing and for mom’s weekend we have a tea. I’m struggling to find a way to make the siblings weekend activities inclusive for a large range of ages and for both genders without making the events childish and boring. Does anyone have any ideas about fun activities or themes for a sibling weekend that can be carried on through the years?
