Riley Strain Mizzou Delta Chi - missing since 3/8/24

Yes, that is the initial consensus. It was what I feared as soon as I heard he was missing. The bars on lower Broadway are very close to the Cumberland River, and there’s not a lot of protection. It’s very steep in places. My thoughts are with his family. It’s just awful.
