U of I AXD house

Rumor has it that Alpha Xi Delta (Kappa chapter) is going to take over the Sigma Nu fraternity house on the University of Illinois campus when it recolonizes this fall. Anyone know if this is true or not?
I know they were looking at a couple possible places on campus but a friend in another GLO heard that they were taking the Sigma Nu house.

There wasn't anything mentioned in the article written in our magazine about the recolonization, nor have I heard anything from anyone helping with the recolonization.

up close it still kinda looks like a frat house but jsut by walking past i could tell they're really working on the place. Its deffinitely going to amazing once its all done up and the landscaping is done etc.
Its also right on a park ("frat park") which is pretty cool
