The Queen Latifah picture is not from this year's Oscars is it because I've seen her in that dress before.

Niaomi (ms) looks very good, not too made up, but elegant.

I thought Julia Roberts' dress was amazing.

I still don't know what I think about Soror Jada's dress. I have to look at that picture again because on TV it looked weird I think.

Uma Thurman looked a mess, i agree w/all the fashion critics who said so Nicole Kidman looked fab. she made up for that disaster she wore at the Golden Globes.
question: was Queen Latifah at the Oscars? she was listed as a presenter but i don't recall seeing her.

ARE THEY EVEN READY?

The Oscars have a piece of the Rock. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Thursday announced Chris Rock will host the next Academy Awards telecast.

Not a huge fan of ANY of these award shows BUT, with C-Rock hosting, I might just tune in .

pNc

Sidenote: I have heard RAVE reviews about "The Woodsmen" (with Kevin Bacon). I think it's release was a tad late to get an Oscar nod. I like KB as an actor and heard his performance was gripping. Sorry it is not in the mix of films this year. Would have made for even better competition.
