Stranger Things

I try not to binge-watch TV episodes because it consumes a lot of time, but today I watched 4 episodes of "Stranger Things" and am contemplating another before going to bed.

It's like a spookier version of "The Goonies". I can't get the theme song out of my head, either. It's a fun, intriguing show.

I really, really liked it. I was slightly disappointed in the ending, but it was nearly perfect otherwise.

The ending isn't bad, but it wasn't as close to the 80s movies as the rest of the series.

Agreed on the ending. It was anti-climatic. But those kids are so darn fun to watch. It's also good seeing Winona Ryder and Matthew Modine again.

This series was one of my favorite things. For any child of the 80s, this was very nostalgic. The complete absence of pogo balls, however.. unacceptable.

My problem with the ending was that it ends on a dark note. 80s movies have happy endings.

It will be great for that! Starts a little slow, but after the first two episodes, it just rolls.

Bert and I love Stranger Things. Can't wait for season two.
