Mark you calendars now for the first Southern Region "Recruitment Round-Up", Saturday, August 27th at Fairfield State Park, in Fairfield, TX. (between Dallas and Houston) This event is a one-day retreat for chapter officers and recruitment chair¹s.

How much will it cost?

• Knowing your competition
• Knowing your chapter (Know why some people want to join your chapter and why some don¹t)
• Building and working a Marketing Plan
• Real chapter growth vs. chapter survival (Learn how to grow the chapter)

Vice President of Finance: (aka REAL WORLD - Chief Financial Officer)

• Accounting for a Non-accounting majors
• Chapter Budgeting; Running in the green and not in the red
• "What am I getting for my dues?"
• "Why so many alumni don't give money to the chapter?"

Vice President of Programs: (aka REAL WORLD - Vice President of Organizational Development)

• Building Value in Membership
• Creating a real and lasting "Fraternal Experience"
• Why so many alumni don't participate in the chapter or even care about it.
• Building members to be leaders in the "REAL WORLD"
