advice

  • Hi everyone. I need some advice. I am working on trying to bring a (non NPC) sorority to my campus. I've done everything I need to do and our presentation to our greek council is coming up soon. Unfortunately, I'm very scared for us because our school is not very receptive to non-social sororities or fraternities expanding to this campus. In fact, one of the latino sororities stated they would never vote for us and would attempt to convince all the other sororities and fraternities not to do it as well.
  • The organization I plan on bringing is so amazing and we have so many interested girls. It would be a shame if we couldn't make this happen. Does anybody have any advice? I've already talked to HQ and they gave me some words of wisdom, but I'd also like to hear from you guys. Thanks in advance.

What kind of sorority is it? You said it is not NPC and that a latino sorority did not support it? Is it a social sorority? Do you need Greek Council's permission if it is not social? Our Greek Council exists for social sororities. Any others are just considered student organizations.
