The only fraternities at Winthrop that never gave anyone any trouble is Kappa Sigma. The other three: Frat #1 - a freshman got alcohol poisoning at a party; Frat #2 - too much alcohol; Frat #3 - drug abuse at a party. So KS and SN are the only 2 without causing any trouble.
Is there anything I could personally do to get things started even though I am a girl in a sorority? I mean I am all about you guys reactivating at Winthrop.

Convince some guys to form an interest group... That's about all I can really say. They would have to take it from there. Some gentlemen at Longwood College in Virginia just completed the process of becoming a chapter after founding a simple interest group on an already large greek life type campus a couple years ago. It's possible.
