I am having the worst experience with this software company. I ordered something 8 days ago and paid extra to have 2 day shipping and haven't received it yet. I call to find out what the hold up is and it is backordered. No email was sent out to let me know. I'm just supposed to guess. The excuse was it's the busy season.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
