Legacy Recruitment Question

Hi DG Ladies,

I have a question I was hoping one of you could answer for me. I know that each different National Organization handles legacies differently. My sister in-law will be going through formal recruitment soon and her Aunt was a Delta Gamma at another school, but when she was asked to fill out her Formal Rush Questionnaire she wasn't sure if this made her a legacy or not. If so should she tell the chapter on her campus this? I wasn't sure so I thought I would pop on here and ask you all.

Any help would be appreciated!

mothers, sisters and grandmothers are the only legacy connections DG recognizes, but it certainly doesn't hurt to mention any other family influences - aunts, cousins, etc...

we also recognize step-mothers and etc as legacies. I agree with zuzu....have her include it anyways because it is always nice to see that they have greek influence in the family whether it is DG or any other chapter!
