Detroit Graduate Chapter brothers were up early Saturday, September 21, 2002 to walk in the American Heart Association March on the campus of Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. Our chapter walked in honor of the late Walter "Philly Dog" Armstorng who went to Groove heaven earlier this year. It was a great opportunity to show the Fellowship in action at an undergraduate university in close proxmity to Detroit.
Later that evening, the Groover's turned out the Fiberglass Estate (AKA the Detroit Corvette Club). Over 300 people literally got their Groove on while the brothers of the Detroit Graduate Chapter will use a portion of the proceeds to benefit its scholarship fund.
Earlier this year, Detroit Grad hosted it's annual Picnic and participated in the city of Detroits' Motor City Makeover. In Ocotber, Detroit Grad will join forces with Chicago Grad and Chicago State University in a 40th Anniversary observance of our beloved Fellowship.
Lastly, we encourage you all to visit our new chapter website at

Peace & Blessings,
