Toned-down mixers

I was looking at the mixer ideas, and while many of them sound fun, I know it would be impossible to put one of these on. Mostly because our campus doesn't allow kegs, and all mixers have to be approved by the Greek advisor (and something about most sororities not allowed to have mixers).

So, is there any mixer ideas that wouldn't require every person being out-of-control drunk, but are still creative?

Also, if you have any other ideas that are non-alcoholic, that would be appreciated
