Yes we were founded Nov 2. 1909. Founders Day is March 22, 1913 from when the ritual was addopted. It all dates back to the love INT has for Cole...

According to the Paedagogus, 3/22/1913 was the date of the 2nd General Assembly when the new Ritual was adopted (along with a myriad of other things that form the basis of what we are).
As it turns out, 3/22 was the day my class went through back in the dark ages (1974), so it holds special significance to members of my chapter.
In addition, we were only the 4th A.M. class since the introduction of Associate Membership. Believe me, there were plenty of guys around who still thought of us as "@#$%ing pledges".
As a rule, it wasn't easy to convince them that this new methodology would work. Thankfully, it has.
