Vandy Kappa Sigma Chapter Sanctioned by Kappa Sig HQ

Kappa Sigma HQ has sanctioned the Vanderbilt chapter “. . . for violation of the Code of Conduct of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and specifically for alcohol violations and social function violations.” The exact nature of the sanctions doesn’t seem to be described in the article about this development:
