AIs and Big/Littles
I'm just curious if those of you who are AIs have a big sister? Also-- is there now any way that YOU can be a big sister since you're not in college anymore?

In Theta Nu Xi, just about any initiated member can be anyone's big. It depends on circumstances. I know this is different from NPC, but ariesrising's situation shows that we are more similar than different.

Hey! Guess who I went out with this evening?!
My Sponsor/Big Sister!!
Of course, you all would know her as GPhiBLtColonel here at GC. I don't know about the little sister thing, though; maybe I'd have one if I ever sponsored someone for membership?
.....Kelly
PS - Cele, next time I'm buying!!

Our alum group has a program called a "Slightly Older Sister" where an established alum takes on the role of a "big sister" to a new alum for her 1st year (ongoing if needed/wanted) of alumhood...We reveal our "SOS" at the alumnae ceremony.

Thanks for your responses. I was just curious how other sororities did things.
I was lucky enough to have a ZTA GC'er "adopt" me! Although we are geographically far away, I feel such a close friendship developing. We laugh that we were probably twins separated at birth, because we have so much in common! We even found out that we're the same age (just four months apart) and went to school in the same state!
