How would i go about getting pledge pins made for the local i am starting , at an affordable price ?

Contact HJ Greek. They do this.

Note: I called them like two weeks ago for my organization and haven't heard back yet.

Note: It will probably be cheaper to do pledge ribbons or use a stock pin from http://www.pinmart.com/ - they might already have a pin of one of your sorority's symbols.
