Oregon

Just wanted to post that I am going to Portland, Oregon August 6-9! My dad's family all lives up there, and they're having a big family reunion so I finally get to meet all of them. I'm excited!

A good friend of mine went to school up there (Reid College). Great town. Visited once. Microbreweries everywhere.

this topic caught my eye and here's why....

I have a pledge brother named Chris and well Chris was just a weird guy. now he had alot of reasons why he was weird and to name them all would somehow make someone mad at me or start some weird tangents about how not all Marines are crazy... but back to topic. He had the nickname Crazy Chris and he even enjoyed it, he would ask us after parties if we had any new Crazy Chris stories and if we did we'd tell him and he would say stuff like yeah i remember that or why did i do that. Well when we were planing our pledge sneak, a retreat with all the pledges and a few brother to a location out of state, Chris pipes in with "How about Oregon I hear it is beautiful this time of year." So thats my story.

I do hear great things about Oregon
