oh I'm so happy I found this board! I mean where else are you guaranteed to find intellectual conversation than with a bunch of Alpha Gams! tee hee

Anyway, My name is Meredith and I'm a newly appointed AGD alum - Initiated into Epsilon Phi Chapter at TWU in Denton, Texas

I'm moving from Dallas to B'ham or Auburn AL soon to finish my Bach of Science in Nursing and was actually looking for info on the AGD chapter at UAB or AU

Meredith, Hi. First, welcome to Greekchat! Have fun here and enjoy!
Second, I currently live in Birmingham and I live close to UAB. It is a wonderful chapter of young ladies. They are about 65 strong. They have a web site. It's www.uab.edu/alphagammadelta/
Also, I know the reputation of UAB's nursing school is top notch.

Yea, at times, lol..

Just got back from TLC in Atlanta. The UAB gals were awesome. I think they got Strive for Pi certificates and Jewel recognition (raising over $2k for AGD Foundation).

Of course the Auburn chapter did terrific as well!

I just found this site and thought I'd post as well. I was an Alpha Gam at Miami University in Ohio, where I graduated from last year, although I'm now living in Boston. I've been looking around this site on and off all day and I'm amazed at how much stuff is on here and how much I've learned! I hope to chat with y'all soon...

What do you mean you were an Alpha Gam? I'm sure you meant that you were a collegiate Alpha Gam at Miami University since being an Alpha Gam is for life!

ya I just read my post and that didn't come out right - I haven't been an intiated alum yet, I just went alum status last year when I got married. ......ahh lack of sleep....

I was looking for an alum chapter in the AL area to be intergrated into since the dallas one here has ignored me thanks to my old chapter advisor
