What happens if PNM's submit paperwork, however they never receive letters of acceptance or rejection, and it is discovered that due to other issues, there has to be another recruitment meeting? Is is then as if you technically never applied, or can that same paperwork be used?

Contact the chapter officers involved. If that's not good enough, contact sorority officials.
