Tri Sigma Spring 2008 recruitment dates & results!
It's almost that time, so I figured I'd start a thread for spring 2008 recruitment!

Please share your recruitment dates (if it's formal recruitment) and let us know how you did!

If your school has informal/COB/COR in the spring, feel free to post those results here too!

I have dates for a few schools (from the main thread in the Recruitment forum). If anything is incorrect, please let me know:

January 6-8, 2008


Gamma Rho-Edinboro University

I am the chapter advisor for Eta Xi, and since formal bid day is Friday I will not release numbers...but I've heard speculation and am very proud of these women!

They gave out formal bids this evening..and I do know the number but I'll let you do the honors. I am so so happy. We havent had that high of a New Member class since we were installed. Coming from a campus with all locals..they did an amazing job. I am so proud. I'm interested to see what the other groups got. I think they'll be quite shocked with how we did!

This afternoon I am heading over to Ursinus for bid day where Sigma has extended bids to 20 women! This is almost doubling the size of their chapter. I am so proud of them, they have all worked so hard!

YAY! Believe me I've been talking to a bunch of women from the chapter who graduated when I did and they are so excited and impressed!

ilovetheviolets, if this is your first experience with NME period at Ursinus you're in for a treat. Enjoy the "local" traditions..

For those that don't know, Alpha Omicron underwent a recolonization last year after being closed for I believe a semester. I'm pleased to pass on this announcement from Facebook:

The installation banquet for Alpha Omicron is Saturday night, April 12 at 7:30. It will be held at the Agora Center in Conway. Dress is badge attire or semi-formal. Tickets are $30.00 and you must purchase one in advance as they will not be sold at the door. Please let me know if you want to purchase a ticket by emailing me at trisigkeyalum@hotmail.com. All 75 of the AOs are so excited and I can't wait myself.

Congrats to you guys on a successful return ladies!
