Bruce made several speeches at several banquets, and text of those speeches are in library collections at schools in those states. (I don't have the time right now to contact those schools to get more info on that...)

The ceremony took place at Adrian, Michigan September the 8th, 1940. Mrs. Milligan is a former graduate of Dexter HS. Mr. Milligan was a graduate of Waveland HS and attended Indiana University and Indiana State Teacher's College where he was a member of the
Alpha Sigma Tau Fraternity, and is employed with the Kroger Grocery & Baking Company. They are at present making their home in Dexter.
