Cool

Cool topic bebe!

Well, I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music.
so here goes...
-anything by 2pac
-Voices of Theory
-112
-Leann Rimes
-anything "soft" music--terrific when I'm studying
-"I wanna Fly with You"--don't know who it's by--it's dance music, but I couldn't understand the group's name!
-Dance/House music
-'80's music!!!!!! Like: U2, Depeche Mode, the Police, the Cure, Bon Jovi
-Aerosmith
-Matchbox20
-Mighty Mighty Bosstones
-Red Hot Chili Peppers
-that Lighthouse (Lifehouse?) song

But these days, I mostly listen to Dance/House music...

Do you mean "All I want" by Angel Moon? The lyrics are something like, "hes all I want, hes all I need...i wanna tell ya why, make my sun shine, brighter than a silver moon..." Something along thsose lines It is a dance/club song, and somewhere in the song they sing, "I wanna fly away, I wanna tell ya why"

<as I look like a big ole dork in the computer lab trying to remember the lyrics in my head> I have the mp3, I can email it to you tomorrow.

Oh Car! I know about that "I wanna Fly withYou" song! but the person/group who sings it has a really confusing/long name! It is SOOOO GOOD!!! Our song requests to Prom had like 20 requests for this! Serious! Lifesaver, I don't think it's the same song that she referred to!

Hey Kids Rock and Roll! Rock On! I'm not gonna call you out, but you know who are.

I like "ButterFly by Crazytown." And "RudeBoys Outta Jail" by the Specials. On a patriotic note, God Save the Queen.
Cherri doesn't like it, but "Rock the Casbah." The Clash are still the only band that matters.

Hey Lifesaver! No, I don't think it's the same song that we're talking about! I'm gonna keep my eye out though on the song that you mentioned!!

Bubbles--20 prom requests for that one? No surprise there! I think my school has had like 35 requests--no kidding!

A similar topic was started a couple of months ago, but of course everyone's current favorite songs change over time. Here are some of mine:

"In My Hands" by Fuel
"Butterfly" by Crazy Town
"Again" by Lenny Kravitz
"Beautiful Day" by U2

Butterfly...I could just drive around blasting that song out of my car all day.
