Phi Delta Theta Syracuse Colonization

I was wondering about dates for the colonization and if they would have housing. Any chance they would be leasing the recently vacanted Alpha Chi house?

Consultants will begin recruiting Oct 3rd as dictated by the University. At this point I don't believe housing has been discussed. If you have any more direct questions, feel free to PM me.
