Formal rush question

What are some ways a chapter can improve there performance in the rush room, or some ways that other chapters do well in there rush room

What do you mean by rush room? If I'm interpretting it right, I'm guessing this is a room for rush that sororities who live in suites use for parties? If so, my best advice would to see if you can get into the room before rush and do a dry run of your rotation and stuff in there.

I think any group who is in need of improving thier performance during recruitment needs to first establish what makes them strong as a group and what they like about themselves. Then they need to establish what they are looking for in potential new members. Then find a creative and fun way to share with the pnm what they are all about in a way that will be of interest to the type of person they are looking for. Without doubt they need to make sure they have done their planning in advance. Practice practice practice. If you have a wonderful group but they cannot share that in their actions and conversation then others will not want to be a part of the group.
