Hi Ava! With deferred recruitment it's super important that your chapter take ownership of Fall COB. Start now by having every single member provide you with a list of at least 3 women that they know from the dorm, from home, their classes, other clubs etc who they think would enhance your sisterhood. Don't wait for them to show up at a recruitment event. Some people need to be invited personally, with enthusiasm, to consider the value of the Greek experience. No one can tell your story better than you. And if you have each of your members engaging with future pnms now, it will give those women something to consider over the summer. Don't let anyone tell you "I don't know anyone." because they surely do. They just need to actively consider who they have met casually who shares a friendly smile.
