Continuing Call to Action
Thousands of Sigma Alpha Epsilon brothers have served, or are serving, in the
United States military, but on national level, we are able to account for the service of very few. The Levere Memorial Temple is, in part, a shrine to brothers who have served in our nation's armed forces. But the misconception is that the Temple serves a shrine to only the war dead. If that were the case, we would be remiss in recognizing tens of thousands of men who are living the experience. And you don't have to support the war to support your brothers who have chosen to serve.
We are a Fraternity founded and rejuvenated by veterans and staffed by veterans, and Sigma Alpha Epsilon's leadership includes the man that is going out and leading American men and women at home in disaster relief efforts, the man who is serving a humanitarian cause and the man who helps to lead the effort overseas to protect our homeland.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon wants to gather information about all of our brothers who are either active duty or veterans from all of the branches of service in our nation's military. This information will allow us to paint a better historical picture of who serves our future generations of Sigma Alpha Epsilon brothers.
If you are a military brother - active-duty or veteran - we want to hear from you. Please submit the answers to the items listed below, and we will collect your information for our files. Additionally, if you know of brothers who currently serving or who have served in a military role, please forward this information onto that brother. Only through word of mouth can we reach out to all of our military brothers throughout the world.
