Hey!
I'm going to be rushing at the University of California, Berkeley this fall. How important are recs at this school? I looked at the main thread for 'schools that need recs' but I couldn't find a real consensus for Cal. So, what do you guys think?
Also, I'm from out of state and don't personally know and sorority alumnae. What can I do? My town has an Alumnae Association but I'm not sure how the process of asking someone from the group to write you a letter goes. I'm guessing you meet with members for lunch or something of that sort, but I'm rather clueless! Thanks for the help.
