Be sure to check out the new Phoenix

There are a couple of GCers in it.

Read your contribution to the closed chapter article. Sad, but also interesting on a number of levels - how important it is to KEEP a chapter from going under if possible, how important it is to acknowledge those chapters that are gone and keep the alum involved in the national sorority.

My chapter has always been awful about getting news or photos into the Phoenix on time (a lack of timeliness in getting ANYTHING into HQ which probably explains why they never win any awards in spite of being a big, vital chapter that is competitive in a 20-chapter system and raises over $150,000/year for charity).

When there's nothing about their activities or actives (which is the norm), I feel disappointed. I can imagine how alums from closed chapters must feel when they open up the Phoenix - thank God for alumni chapter news!

Now, are there any GCers in the Phoenix photos this month?
