Angry Caffiene Side effects

After going several months without it, I started back on regular consumption last week. Starting a few days ago I am having head and stomach aches (never had this from caffiene consumption). It's been working to good for me and I don't want to give it up. What will help this? Consuming more? Consuming less? Will it get better as my body adjust?

I dont have an answer for you Dionysus, but I have also given up on sodas. I havent had one since the beg. of June. I made a promise to myself I woulnt have one until Dec. 1st, which is coming up! That day I will be celebrating with a route 44 from sonic and having a vanilla coke!

But, this is something i would like to know the answer to as well!

Caffeine headaches are some of the worst... That ache in the upper neck where it meets the head -- at least that's how mine work.

When I study I drink lots of soda or frappucinos. Once I start to feel it wearing off I use sugar to keep going. Then when I'm done studying I drink water.
