Oscars 2013
Red carpet coverage has recently started on E!, so we can all start analyzing the fashion choices of the stars. ManiCam is back...even if it is totally creepy
Thoughts so far:
-Jessica Chastain's dress is GORGEOUS! Totally didn't think she could pull off that color with her red hair and pale skin
-Channing Tatum...hubba hubba! His baby mama is also looking radiant

LOVED Jessica's dress.
Major downside to watching the Oscars this year:
Middle of the night in this part of the world. They end at 6.30 in the morning.
Reese looked great too in the Vuitton. Can't believe she had a child 6 months ago. Her hair, just so perfect.
Amy Adams in the pale blue Oscar de la Renta. Wow
Octavia Spencer looks amazing in that pale dress.
Jennifer Lawrence looks absolutely stunning in the Dior Haute Couture. Perfection.
Adele looks great, such an improvement over the Valentino she wore last week.
Naomi Watts in Armani is amazing. Interesting dress, and Liev Schreiber makes for very yummy armcandy.
Anne Hathaway's hair and makeup are gorgeous, dress doesn't look that amazing. Great color, bad cut.
Amanda Seyfried's dress (McQueen I think) is a bit of a let down. Usually she's sartorially inclined, but this is a miss for me.
Jenn Garner has some amazing jewelry on. That necklace!
The best, hands down: Jennifer Lawrence.

Amy Adams' Oscar de la Renta dress is amazing. I want that thing. Not that I have any red carpet events to attend, but I want it

I have a gala coming up in the fall (as in, white tie all the way) I need a new dress, the dry cleaner shrunk my only floor length, tailored, perfect dress and now it doesn't fit anymore. I can zip it up, but there will be no sitting or walking faster than a shuffle or any of that after I zip it all the way up. I need a new dress, but anything Oscar-worthy is waaaaay out of my league!

Not sure how well you know your size, but try RueLaLa right now--they have Red Carpet Worthy dresses as a flash sale right now-- <$300 for Monique Lhuillier

I was not a fan of that Charlize Theron white peplum dress. It wasn't flattering (IMO), and the peplum accentuated her hips and got rid of her gorgeous curves.
Who wore that fuchsia colored dress with the huge ruffles in the back? That was...interesting

I'll have to check that out!
There's only one channel broadcasting the Oscars live here and they take 4 minute intermissions every 15 minutes. So frustrating. And all they do in those 4 minutes is play the same 1 minute sample of a song over and over again and show the twitter feed. So annoying.

I think it was Jennifer Garner.
Not a fan of Charlize's dress either. Disliked Nicole Kidman's dress. Halle looks insanely good.
Now, let's see how Seth does!

I so far, am not a fan of Seth. He can sing...but that boob song was so awkward. It looked like every actress wanted to kill him

My boyfriend found the song hilarious. He's a Seth fan.
I regularly watch Family Guy and American Dad so I'm used to Seth's sense of humor, and tendency to go too far on some aspects. I was expecting this. So far, it was quite funny at some times, and downright awkward at others.
I loved the dance number with Charlize and Channing. She's so graceful.

They all looked so uncomfortable. I just laughed. Come on! You let the girls hang out. Everyone has seen them! You may have thought it was art, ladies, but men are a bunch of boobs when it comes to boobs.

I thought Amanda Seyfried's dress was great on her. I've only been watching with one eye while I finished up my mid-term project for school. Now that it is done, I can really focus.

I've always loved watching the Oscars, but I'm struggling just to care this year.
