"Voting" Project for high school kids

During last year's provincial election in Ontario, Canada, several high schools participated this program. Of course, being under 18, these kids' votes did not count. Do you think kids who participate in such a program will end up voting when they're old enough?

they had a similar program all throughout my school daze and that is the main reason i vote now
