I just wanted to stop in and say Hi. I also wanted to share that our landlord purchased the Phi Delt house at MSU. He has been gutting it out and remodeling to give us Sigma Alpha girls a new house
We couldn't be more excited about "movin' on up" we also couldn't be happier that a GLO is keeping the house.
Through out the renovation process a few alums have stopped by and they seemed very pleased that a GLO is also calling it their new home even if it isn't Phi Delt. As soon as I get picture I will be happy to post and/or e-mail them to anyone interested.
I know that the May newsletter featured an article about Sigma Alpha and I know we plan to invite your alum for homecomming so they can see the house once again in all of it's new glory.
I'm sorry to hear that you closed a chapter, but wanted you to know that we have SO many positive and BIG plans for 626 Cowley! Although I'm a recent alumna I still go and see the girls and help them out in any way I can and I'm sure they wouldn;t mind if you all stopped by.
I'm going Thursday to check out the progress of the renovations since the girls will be moving in sometime in August since Alph Sigs are moving into our place.
