RIGHT click
See what it says in PROPERTIES
Copy exactly what it says in Properties.
On the reply page, hit IMG, a window pops up
PASTE the text there
Hit OK

We don't have a house either... we have a sophomore dorm that I lived on last year (moved in as a independent and moved out a Kappa!). I loved living on the hall with all the girls, it was such a great bonding experience... but not so much a great academic experience (just kidding! we got work done too!). I can't imagine how great it would be living in a house!! Lucky girls!!
