I'm not into the Jamberry thing and not following that but, I did see your Letters 4 Life page on FB and started checking that out. Do you make those letters on your own? You are really talented. I may have to get some Hello Kitty letters eventually for a friend who loves HK.

I'm very intrigued by this, but I have a feeling I'm not nearly coordinated enough to apply them, and it would turn into a total disaster. Anyone have good/bad experiences to share?

I just bought some out of guilt from a friend and tried them. Being completely uncoordinated, I thought they would be a pain, but I actually really like them. I had a tip sheet with cheats that worked really well - like using a plastic bag when heating them. I've had them on for three days with no issues so far...

This is my fear. I just want to slap these on for a nice event, but I am an idiot when it comes to this stuff.

My nails do not lie flat, they curve in both directions. I also work with my hands, and they get beat the hell up. Jams on my fingers last 3 or 4 days, tops. Jams on my toes though, last a solid 3 weeks.

Would adding a clear topcoat help the wraps last longer, or would that just mess it up? How do these compare to the Sally Hansen nail wraps?

You get me some wraps with poodles or my letters, game on.

Actually, wait. Licensed vendor and all that jazz. Womp.

I am really rough on my nails too but the set of wraps that I am wearing have been on since April 5th. My nails are a little grown out but I'm waiting for new wraps to arrive. I've never put them on my toes. I don't have much a toenail on my baby toe so it might look a little funny!

I've been told that the Sally Hansen wraps last less than a week. I am on Day 16 with the wraps I'm wearing. I don't use a topcoat. A topcoat might crack and peel and I don't need anything to pick at. The wraps that I have on right now are completely intact.

They are super easy to use. I nailed it on the first try...

I bought them because 1) I do not have a steady hand and cannot paint my nails to save my life, 2) if I had my nails done at a professional salon they would be ruined before the special event, and 3) they last longer than nail polish and protect my nails from the abuse that I put them through.
