Talking Help me name my new horse!

OK, so I (well, my sister and I) just got a horse, and she still has no name! We have to think of something good to go on her papers, so does anyone have any suggestions?

*edited to add* Here is a picture, if that helps any!

Never named a horse before. Your link didn't work for me, so I couldn't see her picture. Don't you have to use some part of the name of a horse's dam or sire?

Being silly here, but what about "Dizzy"--kind of a slurring of "D" and "Z" to honor Delta Zeta! If she's a light-color horse, then "Dizzy Blonde," or even "Dizzy Baby" after your screen name! OK, it's late and I'm washing my son's All-Star uniform (his team won tonight and they play tomorrow night!), so I'm the dizzy one!!!

Ooops...well, it worked for me, and I have no idea how to fix it because it's one in the morning and I don't want to put forth the effort necessary to figure it out, so I'll just say that she is a black and white spotted horse about 15 hands high...four legs and a tail...the usual.

I've definately seen some strange horse names!!! But then all the horses I've seen are at the race track, and they all have crazy names! (My favorite to this day is "ImNotAPlayer" -- seriously.. who names their horse that? hehehe)

The picture link didn't work, but maybe you could incorporate her name with something about her horse-personality

When I had a horse when I was younger, her name was Dixie.

The other horse names in my family were:

Tara
Trixie
Red
Robin

Hopefully these will help give you some ideas!

Awww, she looks like my sister and mine's first horse, Sailor Max. We've also had horses named Outer Banks and Pockets.

Being from Kentucky, I'd say use a reference to the Wildcats. Cause I love UK basketball. Something with Big Blue, or Cats. Pitino - sounds like Pinto.

How tall is she? I assume she is a mare? What kind of riding will you be doing? What breed is she (a paint I assume)?
