Cross and Crescent - MIA

Hey, has anyone seen a new C&C anytime in the recent past?

It seems that it along with current information on the INTL website is gone.

Lata!

Question C&C

Oh where oh where can the Cross and Crescent be? I would have loved to have received one that covered GA last year especially since I took part in some of GA's festivities, although since I was initiated in 2000 I haven't gotten one at all.

I just attended the Outdoor Leadership Adventure this past week and got the following from Ted Grossnickle and Betsy Bly (Editor):

The current edition is being mailed this week. The next one will be out in September and will look very different from the one you get next week. It will be printed 6 times per year and have a different format from the current version. Given those changes, it is still cheaper to print the new version than the current version.

This is consistent with the GHZ's commitment to communicate more information to the Chapters and our alumni.

in ZAX,
Eric

Talking

Eric, that is great to hear.

I know there were to be 4 but only 3 to those who donated to the Edu. Fund!

I am in hopes that what Lynn Chipperfeild told me, that there would be more about Zetas and Alums availablr.

It will be very interesting to see this new format and am looking to getting any information i can from Int. Hdq. about all of my Brothers!!

By the way how was it like living in the Tents How about the Out Door Ritual. Had to be Veeery Interesting

Got mine yesterday. It reminds me more of the C & C's from the early '90s.

PHI TAU MAKES THE COVER!!! Let's have a roll call of the other chapter houses on the cover of this issue.

Jason - I guess the pic was taken before your camera got "beat down by the MAN"!

Sorry to make you go out in the heat, Tom.

Upon further inspection, the issue I received yesterday is the June 2003 issue. I hate to admit this, but I rarely look at the date of issue. Is this in fact the long missing issue everybody has been waiting for, or is this the result of me not gifting my mail carrier at Christmas?

ZAX,

pman

Nationals seems to be having real trouble with mailing anything out lately. I am the Treasurer of my chapter's Alumni Groups, and I used to get chapter financial updates, crossed swords, ELC reports, insurance bills, etc. I haven't received anything for almost a year now. I have called and talked to Sarah Harris, Ken Cope and Shane Foley, but still no mail! Ken did have his secretary send me some old C&C's. Thanks Ken!!!

New Format

Well I just got the september C&C

Ouch, it is a new Newspaper like format, I do not like it.

I'm sticking by the old school magazine format.

Question

Hm, if they are going to send it out everyother month, guess HDQ, figured would be cheaper to do it this way!

Dont have mine yet, will wait to give a valuation. But if Lenoxxx say whoa, good enough for me! Trust His Judgement!

Got my new C & C today, verdict is still out as have not read it yet!

If this is the format and will come out every other Month, I am all for it! Maybe will have more meaty things and info about The Zetas and just everyday Brothers. Hopefully more info on New Possabilitys of Opening or Re-Colonizing. Even about Zetas that closed so can be passed along to those who still Might think Hazing is OKAY!
