There is no allegation of hazing, and the deceased is a member, not a pledge.
He fell out of the back of a pick-up truck. It wasn't the chapter's truck. It was a group of LXA members and non-members.
BUT, the parents have lost a son, and they (and some lawyer) see an LXA house on the main drag worth $1 or $2 million. Their lawyer, on contingency, will drag it on until LXA goes broke or settles.
