Georgia Tech new house

They had a very successful campain, and from their alumni site (http://www.sigmanugt.com/s/437/index...der=1&pgid=261), should be finishing up their new house when this Fall begins.

However, I can't find a single pic of construction or anything on it.

House they tore down (about 50yrs old):

House they are building:

* Approximately 13,000 square feet of living space, including a chapter room, dining room, commercial and residential kitchen, and sleeping quarters accommodating 45 brothers.
* Sleeping quarters will include four suites with private baths downstairs for officers and brothers with the lowest chapter numbers. Also will have state-of-the-art facilities with study rooms, conference rooms and office space for chapter leaders.
* Wrap-around porch for rocking chairs
* New decking around the pool
* A barbecue pit and new basketball pavilion with gardens in the rear patio area.

That's flippin' sweet!

There's a house a few blocks from campus that I just told our advisor and housing corporation about... it just went up for sale. It's a multiple tennant, 10 bedroom house with some pretty neat architecture... We still have legislation to change in our area in order to bring back Greek housing, but our housing corp. has a good amount in the bank.

Anyone know the name of a good lawyer in VA that could help get that local anti-greek housing legislation changed?
