Sorority gears up for July 4 window painting
Zeta XI Sorority will, once again, paint windows for the 4th of July.
According to a press release, sorority member Pat Erhlich-Samples annually makes her services available to businesses that want to promote Brush's (Colorado) 4th of July rodeo all in the name of charity. Each year Zeta XI chooses a Brush business to receive a free window painting and, this year, the honor goes to Brush Grocery Kart.
Zeta XI uses the money from this fundraiser to support local families in need of cash or meals at the holidays. Additionally, the sorority helps the Salvation Arms Giving Tree, funds a middle school scholarship for the Washington D.C. trip, and donates to other local organizations, nursing homes and individuals who need assistance.
