Big News for the Gamma Sigma chapter!
Being the newest sorority at ECU (since 2000), the Gamma Sigma chapter has had to work extra hard at a LOT of things to succeed. We've gone from not coming close to total, to be 1 of 3 sororities (out of 9) to make it to total the past 2 semesters. This was a BIG step for us, mainly because we were the only sorority on campus without a house, and at this school, it's hard to compete for quality women without a house. But... good news FINALLY came our way! On the 25th of March we FINALLY secured a house that will be ready to be lived in come this August!!
No longer will recruitment be held in the basement of the Student Center. Anyway, I just thought I'd share this with everyone because our CPP and House Corp chair, and national Kappa Delta really worked really really hard to get us a house and I'm just so pleased and I know the rest of the chapter is as well!

Sorry to crash but...
Congrats! Where is the house located? Is it near most of the others? ECU was my old stomping ground! Post a pix of the new house when you can!
That is wonderful news!

The house is on the corner of 10th and Elm, just a few down from Alpha Phi actually. And the owners move out in a few weeks, so soon as I can take pics without being in the way, I will!
