first pledge class

hey everyone im currently the founding father of a fraternity, and we are curently a colony. we have 10 recruits, all of whom will join our fraternity. although we are not going to do a real pledge process, because we are still a colony, we still want to pledge the alpha class in some way, maybe something educational. do you guys have any advice?

I am confused....usually the Alpha class is the first class after the founding class.

Are you a local? 10 seems small for an IFC group.

Are you a colony for a inter/national organization? If so, your member education guide should outline how these gentlemen should be pledged.
