Any Ideas for Professional Events

I was wondering if anybody could let me know what they do for professional events in their chapter. Just curious.

Last spring the Alpha Epsilon chapter did what we called an Ag Symposium. We had about 6 speakers on different aspects of agriculture. I think we had a banker, the founder of R-calf, the dean of the college of ag. We served lunch and made it open to the public. I don't know if that's really what you had in mind but i thought I'd throw that out there for ya!
