I'd start with two things. Go visit the Phired Up site and see what they recommend. Also talk with the newest initiates in the chapter. Find out what rush events they liked, what ones they didn't like and try to adapt.

Also don't forget to look at the Recruitment Page on the HQ website - it has a lot of great recruitment ideas including a document with 45 different ideas on recruitment from Phired Up. Also definitly look around the "Fraternity Recruitment" board here on GC because there are a lot of really great idea and advice to be found.
Good luck! ITB!

Aviators reminded me - HQ has copies of the Phired Up DVDs so you can have them lent to your chapter for a month. Your "A" should have gotten an e-mail about it earlier in the semester, but if he doesn't still have it I think you're supposed to e-mail Claudia.

I <3 my Pumpkin Smash shirt from S.F.Austin from '03 I think. My fiance is a DX alum.
You can also goto the DX website and see what chapters have large recruitment numbers and contact them. If you need the contact information for South Florida let me know- I know they have been recognized for their big pledge classes on campus.

My little brother visited the South Florida Chapter over them summer - I've heard nothing but good things! Is your fiancee an alumnus of that chapter?

They've really grown in the last couple years.

that would be great. I Orderd the "Good Guys" book and read it all today! it was a very interesting book that made me relaize alot of things. Iv told some of the guys about it and i think there started to get motivated and i think they are willing to work and try this things. Im working on getting that video from HQ so i can show this to the chapter and let them get Hyped up as i am after reading it!
